Oyster Bar Winter Haven – Fresh Oysters & New Orleans Flair in Downtown FL

Absolutely phenomenal experience! This was my first time ever trying oysters, and I’m absolutely spoiled now — I don’t think any others will ever top these! I had oyster shots, two types of oysters, a salmon dish served on garlic bread with micro greens and a mustard sauce, and the lobster salad. Every single dish was incredible — the flavors were fresh, balanced, and unforgettable. The ambiance was superb — it truly felt like being in New Orleans. Our server was so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Don’t let the lack of reviews scare you away — this spot is new (only opened a couple months ago), but it deserves to be packed every night. If you love seafood or just great food in general, this is a must-visit in Winter Haven.

Wow. Just had our second visit and it blew us away just as much as our first. We had the special sushi roll and ive never had cilantro on sushi before but when i say the pairing was out of this world i am not exaggerating. The oysters were fresh and divine and the king cake was perfection. Jacob is the best and the entire staff is friendly and kind. We will be back soon.

The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and lively, making it the perfect spot for both a casual night out and a special occasion. The oysters are incredibly fresh, whether you enjoy them simply with lemon or dressed up with creative accompaniments like a rosé mignonette or bold bloody mary toppings. Other highlights include the lobster roll, perfectly rich and delicious, and the bluefin tuna tartare, which balances fresh flavors with a touch of elegance. Even the salads impress, especially the seasonal fig & burrata and the refreshing avocado salad. Service is attentive and knowledgeable, adding to the experience without ever feeling rushed. With delicious food, excellent service, and an atmosphere full of New Orleans flair, this oyster bar is a five-star addition to Winter Haven’s dining scene and you should definitely try it out!

Love this little place! It feels like a New Orleans speakeasy or something! AMAZING food here, the sushi is the best downtown and same with the scallops and oysters. Only beer, wine, and champagne here, a great start to a fun evening. Come here on a date or with friends. I will be back!

Listen, Jacob is awesome. But so is the food. The oysters are shucked fresh with lots of choices, the happy hour sushi is really nice. Best place to chill and feel fancy. Like relaxed blue jeans and wine fancy.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint! We sat at the bar with Jacob and he thoroughly explained the menu and made it such a fun experience. The island creek oysters were fantastic along with the sushi and the lobster salad was our favorite!!! Thank you we will be back soon!

This place was so cute! Big Easy vibes with a Bourbon live stream, chill jazz, cozy setting and a beautiful patio. The seafood was fresh and delicious. So excited to have a local oyster bar! Looking forward to going back and trying everything else.

Such a great experience! Food was fantastic, service was over the top, Jacob behind the bar is our new best friend - he is personable and the service was fabulous! Great venue for a night out with friends or a date night! Cant wait to go back for happy hour and to try more items on the menu!
